What You Will Do
Be a part of the Cash Management Platform team: This is a newly formed team that is dedicated to enhancing Klarna's cash management capabilities by providing essential system support and infrastructure. The heart of our operations is the management and development of our Treasury Management System, Quantum.
Drive Financial Innovation: Engage with large-scale, highly available, and resilient financial systems within the domain of treasury management.

Who You Are
Operational Insight into Treasury Systems: Knowledge of how treasury management systems operate, including practical experience with Quantum or similar platforms, is essential. You’ll be expected to contribute to the system's maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and assist in its development to meet Klarna’s cash management needs.
Proven Software Engineering Expertise: Demonstrable experience in software development, with a keen ability to adapt to various programming languages. While Python is a plus, your ability to innovate and solve problems is what matters.
Cloud and CI/CD Proficiency: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and a solid understanding of CI/CD processes using Jenkins and Terraform.
An Agile Mindset: Familiarity with agile development practices. You’re someone who embraces the principles of agile development, from test-driven development (TDD) to continuous integration and continuous delivery.
Basic Accounting Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of accounting principles is required. You should be comfortable with the basics as they relate to treasury operations and financial reporting.
System Integration Skills: Experience with integrating standardized systems is important. You should have hands-on experience or a clear understanding of how to connect systems like Quantum and SAP S4, ensuring efficient data flow and system functionality.
