About the role

Klarna is seeking a talented and innovative AI Creative Specialist to join the Brand Domain and our dynamic Motion and Image production team. This unique role is designed for an individual who is passionate about blending the art of design with the power of AI technology. As an AI Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and commercially effective imagery using a combination of advanced AI tools and Adobe products. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping Klarna's brand identity and marketing campaigns.

What You Will Do

• Creative Conceptualization and explorations: Collaborate with the brand design and campaign teams to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.

• AI-Driven Image Production: AI prompt engineering to craft effective and innovative prompts that align with creative goals and critically analyze AI outputs and iterate efficiently to refine results.

• Explore and experiment with new AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends in AI-driven design.

• Advanced Retouching: Apply expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop for professional image retouching and image manipulation. Ensure all visual content aligns with Klarna's brand standards and aesthetic.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from exploring concepts through to production and completion of images, estimate the time needed for each project to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.

Who You Are

• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and enjoy working closely with Team Leads, Brand & Project Managers, Art Directors, Designers and Legal Teams.

• You have proven experience in ai image production and professional image retouching and have a strong portfolio showcasing a blend of technical skill and creativity within positive restraints (such as working within established guidelines).

• You have advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite products.

• You are familiar with some of the leading AI image generating tools such as: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Leonardo, KREA or similar.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Photography, Visual Arts or a related field is preferred.

• Background or experience in Art Direction and/or Photography is a plus.
