What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners interested in Klarna's product offering.
Onboard partners to Klarna’s product suite and maintain strong relationships with high-priority brands.
Pitch and discuss Klarna’s solutions in-depth to engage and educate partners effectively.
Negotiate partner commission rates and investments to drive increased revenue.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Klarna's solutions and future plans to proficiently showcase our offerings to clients.
Identify and manage tasks including prospecting, sales, repeat bookings, upselling, and market expansion.
Drive sales with a strong hunter mentality, focused on identifying, targeting, and closing new business opportunities.
Build pipelines from scratch and fuel growth through strategic prospecting and outreach.
Negotiate high-value deals with C-level stakeholders, confidently handling objections.
Leverage account management expertise and data analysis to ensure long-term partner success.
Utilize a deep understanding of eCommerce and a strong network in the Spanish eCommerce and payments landscape.
Operate fluently in both Spanish and English to communicate effectively with diverse partners.
Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, offering consultation and analysis on opportunities.
Provide regular updates in group and domain meetings, offering insights and gap analyses.
Who You Are
Highly sales-driven, with a proven track record in prospecting, closing, and driving revenue growth.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in both new business development and strategic account management.
Confident communicator with the ability to pitch and negotiate with C-level stakeholders.
Skilled at building and nurturing long-term relationships across diverse partner profiles.
Proficient in data analysis to identify performance trends and optimize commercial strategies.
Deep understanding of the eCommerce and payments ecosystem, especially in the Spanish market.
Well-connected within the local eCommerce landscape, with the ability to leverage industry networks.
Experienced in managing complex partnership projects and navigating cross-functional collaboration.
Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
3+ years of experience in commercial or partnership roles within a B2B context, preferably in tech or fintech.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
