We are looking for a Regulatory Expert to join our Regulatory Interaction and Licensing team. In this pivotal role, you will manage and coordinate interactions with financial services regulators, ensure high-quality and timely regulatory submissions. You will lead regulatory projects end-to-end and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment to maintain strong governance and regulatory readiness.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the central point of contact and delivery lead for financial services regulatory engagements, inquiries, and examinations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—including legal, compliance, product, engineering, operations, and senior leadership—to ensure aligned and timely delivery of regulatory responses.
• Lead end-to-end project management of regulatory initiatives: scope projects, develop detailed plans and timelines, track dependencies, mitigate blockers, and provide clear status updates and escalations.
• Track and report on ongoing and upcoming regulatory interactions across regions and regulators, maintain a central repository of correspondence and commitments, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality documentation with proper formatting and version control for all submissions.
• Support internal audits and readiness reviews related to regulatory matters.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing complex regulatory projects or programs within a regulated industry such as financial services or payment services.
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of regulatory landscapes and agencies including FCA, BaFin, SFSA, or equivalents.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex regulatory issues, provide concise updates, and escalate matters when necessary.
• Detail-oriented and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, able to navigate complexity and deliver results in fast-paced, multinational environments.
• Skilled at negotiation and stakeholder engagement, able to build credibility and influence internal and external parties at all levels.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
